More than likely, someone you know mentioned my name, or you stumbled upon one of my recipes, videos or articles online. Whatever path you took, I’m really glad you’re here.

This site is full of incredible resources, online health challenges and ideas that can truly make a positive difference to your world and change your life for the better.

I’ve listed out some initial steps for you to take so you can navigate your way around this website and make the best use of your time.

The first thing you should know is this…..

Through my free content, my Menorcan Retreats, my membership online health/fitness programmes and anything else I might offer — I’m in this to make a difference.

To help you live in a body you LOVE, where you wake up with energy and go to bed with satisfaction.

To stay connected and become part of my online community, sign up for my newsletter which goes out every Monday and Friday. You’ll receive short & inspiring emails from me plus a heads up on events, news, tips, exclusive recipes & future health programmes I’m running. 

I don’t share these insights anywhere else but exclusively through my newsletter meaning you will get all the exclusive info straight into your inbox & you and we can keep connected.
 
Though I run a primarily digital company — I spend as much time offline as humanly possible. I’m active on social media, but not in a huge way, as I love to live my life and be present with the people I am with at myevents, socials and Retreats, so, to be kept in the loop with all my news and updates, my newsletter is where it’s at! 

Most of the time, you’ll only hear from me on Mondays and Fridays; occasionally you’ll hear from me more if something is time-sensitive or important.

WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT ME?
I'm an island girl at heart who lives in denim shorts, a swimming costume & am fueled by a cafetiere of chai tea most days, with a smoothie of some kind in hand (usually of the green or berry variety). 

I am wife to a gorgeous man plus mum to an inherited cat. I love traveling the world & hibernating in the winter in my comfiest socks, yoga pants and pineapple-esque hair. I love to get out into nature, picnic on a deserted beach and stroll along the coast with a hot tea and homemade hiking bar in my backpack.

I run my own empire from my sunny home office in Menorca & love to finish my working day off with something chocolatey & a celebratory snuggle with Tom and Cat Face the cat.

Inspiring people to take baby steps to turn their health around is my absolute passion. By running my online workouts, putting on my Retreats, as well as delivering nutrition workshops/talks at offices, health centres, social clubs around the world, I am able to help people achieve & sustain their personal health goals - my mission.

WHAT IS 'JESSIPES' ALL ABOUT?
Firstly, Jessipes is pronounced 'Jess-ip-eees', like Recipes... not Jessie-pies! I don't sell pies..not yet anyway, but who knows what the future holds??

I’m here to serve. My company is built with a mission to share with you as much value as I possibly can and tomake a positive difference in our world. 

This overwhelming passion has lead me to join forces with 'The Children’s Hunger Fund' which delivers hope tochildren in crisis around the world who don't have access to basic nutrition. I’ve done this because like many humans, I want the work that I do to have value & impact on other people’s lives in a positive, life changing way. 
 
The knowledge that each time someone signs up for my ‘My 28 Day Slim-Down Challenge', 5 children, whose basic human needs were not being met, now get fed is what drives me perhaps more than anything else.

I am committed to bringing you the very best of what I’m living and learning, and to keep it real and honest as I go along. So please don’t expect perfect, you might occasionally see a typo or two, I’m slightly dyslexic, but do expect a lot of thought, love, nutritional wisdom and honesty!

Whether you’re in a pickle with your health & are looking to make some big changes or you’re looking tomake subtle tweaks to your nutrition to take your energy, concentration, body shape, vitality or another area ofyour health to the next level, I’m here to support you.
